A one third non refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to check in. We accept all common forms of payment - credit/debit card, check, cash, or paypal. All reservations require a valid credit card for security deposit. Rates are subject to change at anytime. Cleaning fee is a one time charge, regardless of length of stay. Deschutes County room tax of 8% is in addition to above rates. 5% optional activties charge for 10 unlimited pool passes, and use of tennis courts.
16 person maximum occupancy, no pets or smoking - violation of either of these restrictions will result in minimum $200 charge. Check in is 4 PM, check out is 10 AM.
